Quinton R. Arthur was initiated into Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., Iota Delta Chapter in Spring 2010. He is an active member of Mu Xi graduate chapter in Glen Ellyn, IL.
Quinton is a student at Roosevelt University, pursing a Master of Science in Journalism. He contributes as a reporter to The Roosevelt Torch, the official newspaper of Roosevelt University and he contributes as the Assistant Director of Public Relations for Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Tenth District to the Quemmunicator, the official publication of the Tenth District.
He serves as the chair of Public Relations and manages the social media of the National Pan-Hellenic Council, Inc. of Chicago and of Mu Xi Graduate Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
Chanel Dickerson is a native of Chicago, Illinois and a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. She was inducted via Delta Alpha Chapter at Prairie View A&M University during the spring of 1999. Currently, Chanel is an active member of Delta Sigma Alumnae Chapter in Chicago and serves as the Public Relations and Marketing Chairperson.
Professionally, Chanel is a fitness and Zumba instructor and also self employed as a Creative Consultant, offering a variety of services that include voice overs, graphic design, promotional videos, and websites
Lynn is a management/program analyst at USDA’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service. Her work involves the compliance with federal regulations for importing fruits, vegetables, plants and other agricultural commodities. She is also a member of the Civil Rights EEO Advisory Board Committee and as a collateral duty; she is the Special Emphasis Program Manager for LGBT issues, where she serves as an advocate and helps ensure fair treatment and representation for her special emphasis group.
As a veteran of the United States Navy, Lynn believes in service to her country and to her community. She is also a member of the Continental Societies and the National Coalition of 100 Black Women and a board member of Chrysalis House, a residential treatment facility for women with children. Lynn received her B.A. in political science from Hampton University and a Masters in Psychology and has begun doctoral work in organizational psychology and organizational development.
Tanay Hudson is looking to be a heavyweight in journalism. As a writer for VIBE and VIBEVixen.com, she has interviewed a range of artists and entertainers including DJ Khaled, DeJ Loaf, Tank, Ty Dolla $ign and more. Tanay has also written dining features, concert and album reviews and a plethora of witty lists. Tanay was initiated into Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. through the Zeta Gamma chapter at Norfolk State University in Spring 2010 and is currently financially active in the Phi Zeta Zeta chapter in Queens, NY. After graduating with her bachelor’s in sociology in 2011, she went on to get a Master of Social Work degree from New York University and another master’s in journalism from Hofstra University. The Queens, NY native now works as a news writer for one of the longest running hip-hop websites, AllHipHop.com. She also works as a therapist with children and families of the South Jamaica, Queens community.

Megan Alexander Perry is currently pursing a masters degree in Global Media and International Communications and Arabic at University of Bridgeport. Megan is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and also has a bachelors degree in English with a concentration in journalism and a minor in women’s studies from Fisk University.
Marizen Sawyer is a proud first-generation American daughter of Filipino immigrants. She is a graduate of UNC-Charlotte where she majored in English and Secondary Education. While at UNC-Charlotte, Marizen was inducted into Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. through the Nu Rho Chapter in the Spring of 1999. Marizen has continued to be an active, financial alumnae member of the Beta Omicron Sigma Chapter, where she serves as the chapter’s Parliamentarian and Public Relations chair. Marizen went on to earn my Master’s degree in Information and Library Studies. Today, Marizen is a loving wife and a stay-at-home mother to three beautiful girls.
