AKA chapter participates in deputy registrar training for upcoming election.
CHICAGO—On Jan. 30, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.– Phi Kappa Omega Chapter sponsored a Deputy Registrar Training at AKArama Foundation Community Service Center in conjunction with several Chicago area chapters of the 108-year-old organization.
Individuals who serve as deputy registrars play a vital role in the democratic process by registering people to vote. The group charges the community to BE A VOICE and exercise the right to vote.
