On February 20, 2010, the inaugural “A step in the right direction” step show was held at Lawrence Technical University in Southfield, MI. The event was sponsored by the Nu Nu Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.
Performers: Sigma Beta Club of Nu Alpha Sigma Chapter- Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. , Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. MSO Grad Step Team, Theta Tau Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., and Nu Nu Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.
The winners of the step show were the MSO Grad Step Team of Zeta Phi Beta and the Theta Tau Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha. Each team won a $500 prize, in which they donated to Haiti relief efforts.
