Myrtle Louise Andrews Gaspard departed this earthly life on Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at her home following a brief illness; Beloved wife of 30 years to Michael Peter Gaspard; Daughter of the late Clifton Andrews of Tylertown, MS and Mary Louise Reed Calmese of Darrow, LA; Cherished mother of Kenneth Michael Gaspard; Also survived by a host of brothers in law, sisters in law, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of New Zion and St. John Institutional Missionary Baptist Churches, members of the New Orleans Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and Walter L. Cohen Alumni Association and employees of Wal-Mart Harahan are invited to attend the Funeral Service at New Zion Baptist Church, 2319 Second St., on Saturday, February 27, 2010 at 11:00 am; Pastor C. S. Gordon, Jr., officiating; Visitation will begin 9:00 am; Sorority members will hold an Omega Omega ceremony at 9:30 am; Interment: Mt.
