Kappa Frater Robert Robinson, dies at 52

Robert L. Robinson, 52, of Rand was called home on March 1, 2010.

He was born March 7, 1957, in Charleston.

He was a graduate of Dupont High School, a 1982 graduate of West Virginia State College, a member of Grace Bible Church and a brother of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc.

He had over 20 years of dedicated service at Appalachian Electric Power.

Rob was preceded in death by his father, Robert C. Robinson.

A beloved father, Rob leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Helen L. Robinson of Rand; devoted mother of his daughters, Mona L. Robinson of Charleston; daughters, Nicole Robinson of Orlando, Fla., Natalie Robinson of Morgantown, and Nalisa Robinson of Charleston; brother, Randy (Yolanda) of Cincinnati, Ohio; and sister, Gaey Campbell of Charleston. He was the proud grandfather of Jazmin Casey; and the favorite uncle of Randall Jr. and Bobby. He also has a host of relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held at noon Saturday, March 6, at Grace Bible Church, Charleston. Burial will follow at Spring Hill Cemetery.

Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church.
